Conawn has collected a nice set of public domain Tenchi Muyo backgrouds from all over the web.  I've made the collection available for downloading as a zip file from here.  The file is 18.4 megabytes in size, contains 110 images and one READ ME file, and contains no hentai pics.

Conawn.zip may be updated in the future with new additions, so we'll consider this first installment of the zip file version 1.0. :)
